I can recommend the company without reservation. Mr. Ghazzaoui answered all my questions very quickly and comprehensively, and was friendly. He also spontaneously brought up any potential problems that might arise. If my daughter needs a car soon, I'll definitely check the current offer first. And no, I'm not Mr. Ghazzaoui's brother-in-law; I live 700 km away, and we don't know each other.

We found a vehicle from A.G. Automobile on mobile.de, contacted them by email, and received a very quick response. Viewing and test driving were easy. We quickly came to an agreement, payment was possible via invoice and bank transfer, vehicle documents were included, and an inspection and a new MOT were offered and carried out without any questions. They also offered and carried out a service for obtaining a temporary license plate. The entire communication was honest, open, and friendly. We think it couldn't be better. Thank you very much. P.S.: AG Automobile is located directly at Steinfeld train station. Picking up vehicles by train is therefore very easy.

Please don't be skeptical if you're thinking of buying a car there. The owners and everyone involved are incredibly nice and friendly. The company has been around for a very long time, and if they weren't honest, they wouldn't still be in business. I happened to see an Audi A8 L there. Negotiations, trade-in, and pickup were completely straightforward. They even repaired a faulty seat heater under warranty. They were always friendly and helpful. I'm absolutely satisfied with the dealership. I still have four months of warranty left, and I know I can contact them anytime if anything comes up.
